General Terms and Conditions

·A non-refundable deposit/Booking Fee of £100.00 per car is required on booking. Cancellations must be in writing. All cancellations incur a charge (Deposit/Booking Fee). Should the hirer cancel within 90 days of the booking date the balance is due in full. Unless another booking can be secured for the vehicle for the same date, then all monies (minus Deposit/Booking fee) will be refunded.

Hire for 4 hours only, £45.00 per hour or part of thereafter.

·Special Offers to be paid in Full at time of booking (£100.00 non refundable). Hire for 3.5 hours only, £45.00 per hour or part of thereafter.

·The balance is to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the hire date.

·No Smoking Permitted in any of our vehicles.

·The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers.

·We reserve the right to invoice the client for any repairs, replacements or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or passengers

·In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the booking for reasons beyond our control, an alternative car may be offered or full refund given.Beyond this we will not be liable.

·No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at the location.

·Although we will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property.

·Any luggage/items are the sole responsibility of the hirer and must be removed by the client at the end of the hire period.

·In relation to convertible vehicles, it is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur whether the roof should be lowered or removed where applicable.

·The booking is accepted based on the times and itinerary stated on the booking confirmation. Any addition time will be charged at our hourly rate on day of hire.

·The chauffeur may refuse to transport passengers or luggage if the vehicle is overloaded and may terminate the booking if the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or, in the chauffeur’s judgment, are unfit to travel.

·Although we will endeavor to meet deadlines we accept no responsibility for any delays, however caused.

·Children will not be carried in the front seat.

·Photographs or videos of Weddings/Occasions may be used in our advertising unless client notifies us in writing prior to day of hire.

·Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the client understands and accepts the above conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such an understanding.
